1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Make sure to include proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt. Please note that items returned after 14 days may not qualify for a refund or exchange. Some products are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Hygiene-related items, such as personal care or wearable products

2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, simply email our customer service team at Support@orbitgear.shop within the 14-day window. Please include your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant photos of the item. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how and where to send the returned product.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking. If your item is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund based on your preference.

4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your item was defective or sent in error.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, start by checking your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take additional time to officially post your refund. If, after following these steps, you still haven’t received your refund, feel free to get in touch with us at Support@orbitgear.shop.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, just email us your order details along with photos showing the issue.

7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 12 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, cancellation isn’t possible, and you will need to follow our return procedure after receiving the item.
